What it is
Old permanent makeup does not always age the way it was promised. Microblading can heal grey, blue or orange as the pigment breaks down, a shape can be too thick, too thin or asymmetric, and work done years ago can sit stubbornly under everything applied since. Correction is the work of getting from that to a brow you are happy to be seen with.
It is genuinely harder than a fresh brow, and it is priced accordingly. Existing pigment has to be worked around, neutralised or allowed to fade, the new shape has to hide the old one rather than simply sit where it suits your face, and the result is judged against something you already dislike.
It also cannot be judged from a photograph, which is why every correction appointment begins with an in-person assessment of the existing work — and why a standalone Consultation is available first if you would rather have that conversation before committing to the full session.

What's included
You can book the cover-up online like any other service. Your appointment begins with Aylin assessing the existing pigment under proper light — what can be achieved with it, how many sessions it is likely to take, and what it will cost. Some brows need fading or removal before anything can go over them, and if that is the case she will say so honestly rather than work over something she cannot fix. If you would rather have that assessment before committing, book a Consultation first — about thirty minutes, in person, $50; the fee pays for the consultation itself and is not credited toward the procedure. The correction session runs about two and a half hours, with numbing cream applied throughout.

Touch-ups & maintenance
Correction almost always needs a second pass. Old pigment can pull the new colour as it heals, so a touch-up six to eight weeks later is part of the plan rather than an optional extra.
Heavy or very dark previous work may need more than two sessions to fully resolve. Aylin will tell you at your consultation or assessment if she expects that, so it is priced and planned rather than discovered halfway through.
Once it has settled, corrected brows are maintained exactly like any other permanent makeup — an annual refresh keeps the colour and shape crisp.

Can you cover up permanent makeup done by someone else?
Usually, yes. How much can be done depends on how dark and how large the existing work is, and what colour it has faded to. Aylin assesses it in person at the start of your appointment — or at a Consultation beforehand, if you would like her opinion before booking the session.
Do I need a consultation before booking a cover-up?
No — you can book the cover-up online directly. A standalone Consultation ($50, about thirty minutes) is available if you would rather have the existing work assessed and a plan agreed before committing to the full session. The consultation fee pays for the consultation itself and is not credited toward the procedure.
How much does a cover-up cost?
The price shown is for a standard correction session. Heavier or darker previous work can need additional sessions, which is priced at your consultation or assessment so there is no surprise later.
What if my old brows are too dark to cover?
Then Aylin will tell you at your consultation or assessment rather than work over something she cannot deliver on. Very dark or saturated work often needs lightening or removal first, which is done elsewhere, and she will point you in the right direction.
